“How To” Guide

Meet at ten at Founders Heritage Park, pay $20 for a family pass, $10 for an adult or gold coin for children and the Festival experience has begun.

Wander around, look and listen, pause, and move on again. Take note of the stunning environment of this park as festival tents and Historic buildings meld. Get the feel of the layout of the site with the site maps, pamphlets or ask the wandering festival hostesses.

Then breathe that meditative breath and take yourself to the multi selection food area, order your morning coffee and let live music soothe your soul. Check out the free hourly lecture and workshop programmes and make your choices.

The facilitators of these lectures and workshops are professional local, national and international men and women.

When ready go wander the site again and be amazed at what complementary Health Practitioners in 2009 offer.

Gift yourself an Indian head massage, discover spiritual art and craft, have your aura photographed, get your face painted, create your own dipped candles, Feng Shui for your environment, natural products and healing for animals, and experience Yoga. There is no denying the Festival of Opportunities is synonymous with "having your cards read". All Readers have established reputations and there is an assortment of styles on offer (astrology, numerology, crystals, cards) Our suggestion is to observe who and what you are drawn to for your reading, book early to avoid missing out, and ENJOY.

We guarantee your time will be well spent at the Festival and you'll want to return on Sunday for another taste!

See you there.
